The ProLegacy Fund, LLC is managed by Guardian Legacy, LLC (the “Manager”), a Florida limited liability company. Rafael Hernandez serves as a primary Principal with Guardian Legacy, LLC. The commercial real estate properties acquired by the Fund will be managed by PIMO Capital Management, LLC (“PIMO”), which specializes in real estate management and operations. There are related parties with regards to ownership and management between individuals at Guardian Legacy, LLC and PIMO Capital Management, LLC (See “Operations - Related Parties”).
The management team at PIMO Capital Management, LLC is led by Mr. Hernandez, Kenneth Golden, and Angelica Hernandez.
PIMO Capital Management, LLC is a full-service commercial property management company providing a range of services to the funds real estate portfolio. The PIMO management team’s hands-on experience accounts for over 40 years of excellent service and proven results. PIMO’s innovative commercial property management strategies help reduce property operating costs and can potentially enhance property value. PIMO Capital Management, LLC will be a key partner to the Fund with regards to the leasing and management of real estate assets acquired by the Fund.

Managing Director
Rafael Hernandez serves as a Principal and Managing Director of Guardian Legacy, LLC with the key role of taking the ProLegacy Fund, LLC into a growth path where wealth creation, income distributions and capital preservation for investors are the main objectives. Mr. Hernandez has over 20 years of experience with proven results in the commercial real estate industry. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Management from the State University of New York at Cortland. As team leader he has developed high quality business strategies with short and long term objectives. He has developed a high performing managerial team to achieve goals and remain consistent with the overall strategy of the company’s vision.
Investor Relations Director
Erik L. Halvorssen, Investor Relations Director, with over 21 years of experience in the banking and finance industry, is responsible for consistently and clearly communicating the Fund’s investment message to potential and existing accredited investors. Since 1997, Mr. Halvorssen has worked in key positions with the most prominent wealth management organizations in the US and Europe and has extensive experience in the family office services industry. Mr. Halvorssen studied economics at Universidad Católica Andrés Bello.
Operations Director
Kenneth Golden Operations Director, with his hands-on approach, he oversees management and operations of various properties. Mr. Golden owned and operated a successful electronics company for over 30 years. He has over 15 years of experience in property and facilities management. His position is vital to real estate profits over the long run. He graduated from New York Institute of Technology, with a degree in electrical engineering. Mr. Golden is a member of the senior management team; he develops management strategies and contributes to the development of the company’s managerial goals.
Finance Director
Angelica Hernandez, Finance Director, is PIMO Capital’s administration & finance leader with over 10 years of experience. She takes the important role of overseeing the healthy financial functioning of the Property Management Company and liaison between administration, marketing, operations and finance. She produces financial reports, directs investment activities, and develops strategies and plans for the financial goals of the company.
Accounting/Controller
Jo-Ann Berry is a seasoned accounting professional with over 30 years of experience, with focus in commercial real estate accounting. Ms. Berry oversees the overall general ledger with a focus on controller responsibilities. She holds her bachelors in accounting from Albright College and her MBA from Rutgers University. Jo-Ann is responsible for the company’s financial reporting, such as its monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts. Her key responsibilities are to ensure the validity and the accuracy of the company’s financial records. She has shown leadership to optimize the company’s financial performance and strategic position.
Property Manager
Gus Serga, property manager, oversees general building maintenance and operation of multiple commercial buildings. He has over 20 years of experience in commercial property management as a building operator. With Mr. Serga’s hands-on approach he has become vital to our leadership team. He manages tenants, deals with maintenance requests, and handles emergency situations.
Property Manager
Diane Toht-Perdue, property manager, oversees general building maintenance. She has over 25 years of experience in commercial property management. She manages tenants, maintains commercial buildings and secures premises. Diane looks over several building systems by contracting for maintenance services and supervising the repairs. Diane has proven to be practical and resourceful having many years of experience.
Corporate Identity Consultant
Corina Hernandez T. Corporate Identity Consultant creates a brand identity for a contemporary corporate look and feel. As our Brand Identity Consultant, she creates abstracts visuals that communicates relevance, feeling, and trust. Building an effective brand identity takes years of smart work and continuous customer response monitoring. She has worked as the Corporate Identity Consultant at PIMO since 2010. Corina Hernandez T. has over 20 years of professional artistry experience. She is a renowned photographer that has participated in many art exhibitions such as, the Art Miami Exhibition and Art Wynwood. Corina’s professional artistic experience has helped perfect her role as the Corporate Identity Consultant for corporate facilities such as CoSuite, PIMO Capital Management’s headquarters and many other portfolio properties.
